Donation/Sponsorship  Request  Form 

This form is required in order for Heritage Harley-Davidson® to consider your Charity or Function in the 2013 marketing year. Deadline for consideration is October 31, 2012. All written requests must accompany any documentation that is available for the upcoming event. Eligible documentation include: posters, live websites, and post event details. Should documentation for the upcoming event not be available - documentation from the previous year’s event with an approximate 2013 date will be accepted.

Some examples of these requests include donations for silent auctions, monetary donations for your charity or charitable event, sponsorship in your event or ride etc.Please download, fill out and email to events@heritageharley.com or fax to 780-431-2166 Attention: Marketing.

Hole-In-One Event  Request  Form 

This form is required in order for Heritage Harley-Davidson® to consider your request to have a bike up for a Hole-In-One prize at your Golf Tournament  in 2013. Deadline for consideration is a minimum of 2 months prior to the event. Please note that due to the diversity of our stock, we can not provide advance notification of the bike that will be provided. All written requests must accompany any documentation that is available for the upcoming event. Eligible documentation include: posters, live websites, and post event details. Should documentation for the upcoming event not be available - documentation from the previous year’s event with an approximate 2013 date will be accepted.Please download, fill out and email to events@heritageharley.com or fax to 780-431-2166 Attention: Marketing.
