Motorclothes Department

Motor Clothes Sales Associate

Assist customers to locate and purchase merchandise within dealership using the C.U.S.T.O.M. sales process (covered in mandatory PACE training). Use various fixtures, signage, and props to effectively display and merchandise product. Rotate and fill displays daily/weekly/seasonally as directed. Clean and maintain showroom daily. Complete perpetual inventories on a weekly basis or as directed by your supervisor. Maintain part/product categories as directed. Clean and maintain organization of upstairs storage daily. Maintain “On Hold” area – make sure only current items are in this area – restock those that aren’t. Perform dealer searches for items customers’ request. Initiate warranty claims on behalf of customers with applicable vendors. Maintain the flow of information with the customer in regards to status of claims and claim outcomes (credit, repair, replacement, etc.). Encourage and help new staff to understand policies and procedures. Ask assistant manager or manager if unsure.

Parts Department

PARTS TECHNICIAN

Assist retail and internal customers to locate and purchase parts and accessories. The position includes looking up and ordering of parts, receiving of parts from vendors and inventory control practices. We have a full time position available for any individual with a great personality, who loves working as part of a team. Parts experience is required. Motorcycle parts experience is an asset but not required.

Service Department

Service Consultant - Full-Time

This position includes customer service, writing and compiling service work orders, communication with customers and other departments as well as other miscellaneous tasks. Experience is an advantage but not necessary.

Detailer/Shop Assistant/Driver - Full-Time

Duties include: General janitorial and help around the dealership, washing/detailing bikes, pickup and delivery of bikes. Individual must be able to move a heavy motorcycle, thorough, careful attention to detail and have experience driving with trailers.
